Not all applications can be configured with out-of-the box solutions. Sometimes existing part need to be altered, or a new part needs to be created. Here at TSLOTS by Bonnell Aluminum, our custom machining services can do just that. We can add modifications to almost all parts or we can assist in creating new parts to match your application needs.

One of our or our elite distribution design teams will work with you step by step to ensure your custom part will work with your application and our extrusions. From the quoting phase to the final inspection of the completed part, we will monitor each part to ensure the quality extrusion that you expect.
